1940s Dress Mockup Draping

This was the draping final for the Special Topics in Costuming. I found a reference image and then draped the pattern for it. The sleeves were flat patterned, while the rest was draped on the form. It was a fun experience learning how to drape the skirt on the form and deciding how much flare to add. Once I had a muslin pattern, I copied it to paper and trued the pattern.
